Business Manager - South Yarra BMW

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Senior Business Manager, the individual will be an energetic and experienced Business Manager with Dealership experience and ability to build strong relationships with our customers based on trust and confidence.  You will be responsible for selling various finance, insurance and warranty products, with excellent communication skills, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction, be a result-oriented professional with the drive to meet (and exceed) Individual and Dealership targets.  You will be part of a passionate, dynamic and growing Finance Team providing the business with the structure required for outstanding results.

• Proven prestige automotive finance and insurance sales experience
• A strong customer service focus and proven experience delivering results
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent Organisational skills with a focus on time management

• Ability to prioritise in line with processes and structures in place
• A friendly and self-motivated personality, willing to go the extra mile
• Team player attitude
• An additional language is preferable but not compulsory
