As the Jowett Motor Group continues to grow, our Honda sites have an opportunity for a Group Business Manager to join our team. 

Melbourne based, we operate a 5-day working week between Monday to Saturday, with a RDO during the week. Join us as the Group Business Manager and help us achieve excellence.

About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Dealer Principal - Honda, the individual will be an energetic and experienced Group Business Manager, with an ability to build strong relationships with our customers based on trust and confidence. You will be responsible for presenting the various finance and insurance products, with excellent communication skills, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction, be a result-oriented professional with an eye on meeting dealership targets.  You will be part of a passionate, dynamic, and organised Finance Team providing the business with the structure required for great results.

• Proven prestige automotive finance and insurance sales experience
• A strong customer service focus and proven experience delivering results
• Proven prestige automotive finance sales experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent Organisational skills with a focus on time management
• Very strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise in line with processes and structures in place
• A friendly and self-motivated personality, willing to go the extra mile
• Team player attitude
• An additional language is preferable but not compulsory
