Join us as a Sales Concierge and help us achieve excellence - for our clients, our business and brand partners, and your rewarding career.  In this role you will provide exceptional customer service with your vibrant ‘can do’ attitude to all our guests, whilst also controlling the dealership traffic logs – spreadsheet and web-based CRM in conjunction with the new and used sales team. You will also assist in phone coverage and set the standards for the dealership in professional appearance and customer experience.

 

About the opportunity:

 

Day to day duties includes but are not limited to:

 

  • Determine the nature and purpose of the visit by all people entering the business and escort them to their specific destination.
  • If a Sales enquiry, capture their details and introduce to an appropriate salesperson and advise the Sales Manager
  • Ensure that all incoming and outgoing customer requirements verbal or written, regardless of their nature, are dealt with promptly and in an attentive and skilled manner.
  • Offer refreshments to all visitors to the dealership for both Sales & Service.
  • Ensure the highest level of Customer Experience is delivered.
  • Ensure the reception, customer café, and lounge areas are always maintained.
  • Provide phone coverage and overflow to Reception as required.
  • Liaise with Service Advisors and workshop staff to communicate customer needs, requirements, or updates.
  • Answer incoming calls, provide information to assist, or refer them to an appropriate contact, either within the business or elsewhere

 

The ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

 

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Impeccable personal presentation standards
  • Willingness to go above and beyond in the pursuit of customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in customer service positions
  • The ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

 

You will also be:

 

  • An excellent communicator and collaborator with strong verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem solver who is process-driven and highly organised, with strong initiative and the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to meet operational deadlines and achieve set sales targets and profit margins.
