About the role:
Waverley BMW has an opportunity for a customer focused Service Advisor to join our busy team. As a Service Advisor you are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, by ensuring that each individual customer's needs are managed from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating customer service appointments, liaising with customers on estimated completion times, and confidently and accurately communicating with each customer. You will be passionate about accuracy in every aspect of your work, and ensuring customers are provided with an exceptional experience.
We operate a 5-day week Monday to Friday.

- Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable
