About the role:

 

South Yarra BMW presents an exciting opportunity for a customer obsessed Call Centre Consultant to join our Service team.  As a Call Centre Consultant, you are responsible for proactively communicating and reengaging with lapsed customers to generate additional service appointments and effectively handle enquiry or objections to generate service bookings.

 

We operate a 5-day week Monday to Friday.

As a Call Centre Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking inbound and outbound service inquiry using the relevant booking system
  • Responding to personal, telephone or written inquiries and requests and arranging bookings to facilitate the timeliness of servicing of motor vehicles.
  • Accurately recording customer and vehicle and service to be undertaken.
  • Efficiently undertaking necessary administration duties which may include word processing, data entry, filing, mail despatch, facsimile, or photocopying equipment operation.
  • Managing sales and service follow-up calls in a professional, consistent, and timely manner
  • Promptly and thoroughly resolving customer concerns using established methods and processes
  • Reviewing and maintaining customer profiles for data accuracy and integrity
  • Conducting customer retention campaigns via phone using established methods and processes
  • Evaluating and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Adapting a mature attitude with sensitivity to our customers confidential information
  • Maintaining a call centre database by entering information
  • Receiving inbound calls and enquires from existing clients
  • Adapting and navigating through change
  • Managing large amounts of outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Keeping record of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
  • Maintaining call logs
  • Establishing a strong telephone presence and ability to communicate effectively with automotive customers
